After being sick for a long time I was recently diagnosed with several food allergies. So now I'm embarking on a journey into a whole new world of food, one in which gluten and dairy (once such staples in my life) are now banned.
After several months of being cross contaminated because I was the only GFCF person in our home, we made the family decision for everyone to go gluten and dairy free. So here I'll talk about how we feed a family (including a rather particular 5-year-old) quick, easy, simple and safe GFCF food, what tools and ingredients we use and the general trials and joys of begin GFCF.
